Surprisingly great!

Bought as a birthday cake in Jan as red velvet was specifically requested by 13 Yr old. It was really good and lasted a couple of days. Molloy's were great and added a birthday message to the cake for me.

Red velvet tray

Hi, cake looked fabulous 5 stars for the look, but it was dry and I was looking forward to a nice cream cheese frosting on it which there wasn't 😔
I will order it again sometime hoping that it can be improved. X thank you
