These are the best mince pies. My husband loves mince pies and has tried so many different ones over the years and he always compares them to molloys ones.
These really are the tastiest mince pies I have eaten. The pastry is buttery soft with a nice sprinkle if icing sugar on top. The filling is moist, not too sweet and just the right amount inside. Every year I buy a few boxes for friends and a box for just myself! Please don't ever change the recipe.
